Subject: I need support

Hi, my name is Ramon, I work for PROSAT in México, I thanks you in
advance you attention, I have a problem with a 2MB Wireless PCMCIA card,
here is the card description:

PCMCIA Card IEEE 802.11 DSSS(2.4 Ghz)

When I try to compile the source code I downloaded from

I'm using a laptop with GNU/Linux Redhat 7.3, kernel 2.4.9-34 without
direct support for pcmcia, I used the project pcmcia-cs version 3.1.34
(the newest version), which support also the regular Ethernet PCMCIA
(NIC) and works fine… seens that the wireless Teletronics card require
an special driver to work with the pcmcia-cs… when I compiled the code
this error message appear:

set -e; for d in src man etc ; do make -C $d ; done make[1]: Changing
to directory
`/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/linux-wl24ap-cs-0.1.15/src' set -e; for d in driver wlu`cat
*.addon`; do make -C $d ; done cat: *.addon: File or directory do not exist make[2]: Changing to directory`/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/linux-wl24ap-cs-0.1.15/src/driver'
.depend:1: *** missing separator. Stop. make[2]: Going out from
`/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/linux-wl24ap-cs-0.1.15/src/driver' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: Going out from directory`/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/linux-wl24ap-cs-0.1.15/src'
make: *** [all] Error 2

The only work thing is the script for configuration when I use the rule
make config or directly with ./Configure

- pcmcia-cs 3.1.34 compiled and working
- The kernel have not direct support for PCMCIA, the support is obtain
    through the pcmcia-cs.
- I have another PCMCIA card working fine (the wire one, NIC).

I hope you can help me, thanks again,
